health and safety issues, the Working Time Regulations
- Parental and maternity rights, part time workers, union issues
- Conducting employment audits and due diligence reviews
- Advising on service agreements, consultancy agreements, employment policies and staff handbooks
- Assisting with recruitment, selection and promotion
- Advising on individual and industrial dispute, disciplinary and grievance procedures, termination
- Managing termination of the employment relationship, including drafting compromise agreements and advising on compensation packages
- Providing post termination matters such as confidentiality obligations and restrictive covenants

Ignorance is no defence in law and can result in damaged reputations, distractions of management time
and high costs for employers. We can offer cost effective specialist employment advice from experts. Our approach is to provide legal advice in combination with realistic commercial guidance.
