We have a substantial lending and banking department, which acts for a large number of the major UK banks and financial institutions. The department's work is split into 3 broad areas:

- Property litigation
The department provides a partner-led service, based on a specialised knowledge of lending and banking industries.
On a day to day basis, we operate a substantial mortgage and re-mortgage business and we also deal with high volume repossession, repossession sales and loss recovery providing lending clients with a complete and cost effective service
