Biography
Colin holds practising certificates for both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Colin has extensive litigation experience in both the High Court and County Courts.
Colin qualified with the firm and was introduced as a partner in 2007.
Whilst handling a varied litigation caseload, he has a particular emphasis on Personal Injury litigation and Unsecured Debt Recoveries for several major lenders.
In addition Colin has a speciality in the field of Liquor and Bookmaking/Gaming Licensing law.
Colin has acted for many local license holders, in both fields, in respect of new grants, objections and renewals.
Colin acts for the local liquor licensing trade body, the Federation of the Retail Licensed Trade (FRLT).
Colin is currently chairman of the Civil Litigation sub-committee of the Belfast Solicitors' Association
