Licensing
Our licensing team has a proven track record in providing specialist advice in this technical and difficult area.
We have guided many existing licensees as well as newcomers to the trade through the intricacies of Northern Ireland’s licensing laws.
In 2009 our expertise was recognised by our appointment as the legal partner to “Pubs of Ulster”, the local trade body. We now offer advice to its 1,000 strong membership. We work in partnership with our licensing clients recognising that they are commercial organisations that often need advice beyond licensing law.
Specialist areas include:
- Intoxicating liquor licences (public houses, off-licences, hotels, universities, restaurants)
- Bookmaking licences
- Public Entertainment Licences
- Registration of Clubs
